What if the AI gives a wrong answer?
It only answers from information you approve. When it is not sure, it says it will check with reception. You can read every conversation.

Is XeniaDesk GDPR compliant?
We sign a data processing agreement with every hotel, prefer EU-hosted services, and the assistant always tells guests they are talking to an AI.
How much does an AI chatbot for a hotel cost?
From €190 per month plus €390 setup for small hotels; €390 per month plus €790 setup for 30–80 rooms; a custom quote from €690 per month for 80+ rooms. Prices exclude VAT.
We close in winter. Do we pay all year?
You choose: a 12-month plan, or a season plan from April to October at a slightly higher monthly price.
